Playing in Achenar... linked to the Nexus and it was filled with what looked like the glowing bugs from Eder Kemo. A little unexpected... then, when I tried to link to Great Zero, I landed on my desktop. Don't know if it's related...
Also, in Katran, went up the maintainer's maze in Gahreesen and into the Maintainer's linking room. For giggles, decided to jump for joy... the elevator went down and came back up with me in a new outfit! LOL. Then I went to the wardrobe to change my avatar. When returning to the game I ended up floating in the air surrounded by rain! Was able to link to Relto from there.

Having Eder Kemo light bugs show up in the Nexus is a game bug. Whenever I link into the Nexus and find light bugs there, I immediately exit Uru by means of the 'X' icon in the lower right corner of the screen or Alt-F4 if the icon isn't available. If I don't exit immediately, I always end up crashing to Desktop. So, yes, the relation is there.

Whenever something strange and unexpected happens, it's probably a bug, and it's best to immediately exit Uru and restart the game. If you crash to Desktop, you should reboot before restarting Uru.

Do you have the 'Update all ages on launch' box checked on the Setup menu Connection tab? If not, you should!

Thanks. I read the forum fairly regularly, so I picked up on the update tab already. I don't always reboot when I crash to the desktop... I will from now on. I don't remember seeing anything mentioned about the bugs, tho, and definitely didn't see anything about the outfit change.
Got a question for you... the first time I went up the elevator, I lost the maintainers suit. The second time I lost my sweater and hat and went to a t-shirt... what would've happened if I jumped again? ... just a little levity, I realise the outfit was the default outfit, thought you guys could use an occasional laugh.

In these trying times, I never know what to expect when I log into the Prologue. I guess half the fun is experiencing the weird stuff. Or not.

The outfit change? Whenever something strange and unexpected happens, it's probably a bug, and it's best....
