apparently one needs a cd / dvd key to play the multiplayer element of this game ..... this is all well and good, but is the cd/dvd key not normally printed on white box on the back of the manual.

if so .... i suppose ubisoft haven't bothered to give me key ..... great

any help??

Contact Ubi. You're not the first this has happened to so if you can show proof of purchase they should be able to sort you out.

Then you have a big problem!

Well, go back to the shop and change the box for another one! Hope you still got the bill

Many players got a problem with reading off the CD-key... especially if it have a lot of 0's and O's!!!!

if i can 'show' proof of purchase .... i'm not sending them a scanned copy of the receipt with my card details on .... and i'm certainly not driving to where they are based ???

a lot of people( i am one of these) have problem to connect with an original key to ubi.com server

Nobody in there right mind would.Copy receipt,black out card number (which shouldn't show full # anyway) then scan the copy for email.

i have the same problem just a blank white rectangle i would have phoned their technical support but they are only open monday-friday so i emailed them a scanned copy of the back of my manual and explained to them, just waiting for a reply......

Duh!! Just send the game back to where you bought it from, and get a new copy!

(use a nocd crack to play the game while you don't have the cd/dvd.(just save the original .exe))
