um....we would first need you to help us. what ladder are you talking about. there are like 50 of 'em. what level are you at.

Actually I can see it on the zoom out. It's at the second level in the courtyard, where the corner is covered with spikes. I think the ladder is high up or moves arond...

There are no moving ladders in the game.

If this ladder is indeed the one located in the courtyard above the pressure plates which trigger spikes, then you need to run along the wall and jump onto the ladder.

If you start from the floor, the ladder will be too high up to reach. You need to start the wall run from on top of one of the rocks protruding from the wall, and jump when the prince is right behind the ladder, and you should make it.
