Thread: Menu and compass visual corruption in PCGamer demo | Forums

    When installed the PCGamer demo I found that the 2D screen like the menu and the compass were screwed up. The 3D was fine. After some investigating I found that if I disabled Fast Write in the SMARGART setup screen the visual corruption went away.

    My setup
    Athlon 2400+
    Radeon 9700Pro (Cat 4.2)
    1024 Mb of DDR3200
    WinXp

    Oh BTW the demo crashed when turnned on Vsync in the display properties.
