Turn up your missile effectiveness slider to 100% that will help your aim 120s hit.
    <HR></BLOCKQUOTE>

where is that set? - the only "missle effectivness" i can set is in options for AI missles not MY missles? what am i missing?

Apparently that slider effects all missiles (either player or AI).

well, there is a box surrounding the slider in the menu and this box is labled "AI" - how do u know for sure that this slider also effects the PLAYER missles??

There was a thread on a Russian forum with one of the devs. What came out of it, basically, is that it's the AI of the missiles themselves and it controls how likely they are to go off to la-la land on or not. It doesn't affect counter measures.

Someone else discovered through trial, that it only affects missions at time of creation. It's set to whatever the mission creators was set at.

Even if as a host, your slider has no effect when you change it around, post mission creation.

This may also explain the different behaviour seen in the FBP vs pre-made missions.

Right, and what is the official statement on the most realistic setting? Hardest and highest pk for both your own missiles and the AIâ´s is furhtest to the right. But then the little manual says middle for realism. Never seen this subject really nailed Iâ´m afraid.

i turned missile effectiveness down and found i couldnt hit anything and neither could the ai planes, me and an f16 totally unloaded on each other and not one missile hit home, i turned it back to normal and the b@##â£!d shot me down first attempt, so it appears to effect the chance of hitting the enemy, not how effective that hit will be.
