I was just wondering, is Athena Sword going to be released on Oct 28th? Because on EB and other websites say the release is Oct 28th. Understanding from the thread that it will not be out til Nov. 6th. Is it possible that we an have an official accouncement of Athena Sword actual release date and/or whether there is going to be a 1.42 patch or 1.5? Gee, give us a bone here!!!

its October 28th. that other one was a typo that got out.

NO ATHENA SWORD IS NOT BEING RELEASED IN OCTOBER...(well not october this year anyway).

Please see the following thread which is a statement from UBI about it being delayed and no new release date !!!!!!!!

You won't get Athena Sword when it's released. You'll get the public beta.

God, i thought Athena was just a mod expansion.

This maybe a good thing, something that asked for...For UBI to actually finish the beta (ravenshield)...Or UBi is cutting their losses lol.

It is unfortunate, but big companies just don't make videogames like they used to...now its...if it only works some of the time...its ok, and if its slow get a faster computer...

It better not be a stand alone game. There's no way I'm gonna pay full game price for something which is just a tweaked version of the original with bug fixes and improvements which should be free.

Covert Ops is a good example of crap like that. The engine was pretty much the same as Urban Ops and we only got 6 maps from it.
