When I try to start SplinterCell,this pops upp:
Cannot locate CD-rom, plz insert "blahblah.."
of course do I have the CD rom inserted.. (disk3)

If you are using a CD-RW it's nothing new... just use a DVD-ROM or CD-ROM if you have one...

If you have installed the 1.2/1.2b patch and have certian cd copy software like Alcohol 120% or cdcopy installed on your computer it will give you that error. So either go back to the original version of SC or 1.1..... or get the cd copy software off your computer... I uninstalled Alcohol 120% and it fired right up!
