i have a problem that my friends cant figure it out, ok first i use to play RVS all the time, i stopped playing and i want to come back but the game wont start, i tryed to unistall the game but i get this message,

InstallShield (R) Setup Launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

and i cant unistall the game, but i can unistall other games and can install other games so my install shield still works but not for RVS, well when i try to play the game i get the message

CPU: GenuineIntel Unknown processor @ 2389 MHz with 254MB RAM

well i was told that i need to upgrade me video card so i did that and nothing happen,

can anyone help me please if the know how to help me, i think my only answer is to reformat my comp but i dont want to but i might need to, but seeing if theres another way, mainly any one know how i can unistall it , thank u
