Not sure if this is off-topic, couldnt find a forum special for writings. I posted this on The Dni Pedia Writers Ring also. Its a little poem, my understanding of the shell.
Deep Within, beneath the surface,
Voices of the ancients, treasures of the D'ni,
shall shine in the greatests of gifts,
To seek the destination, is to travel the journey,
may it begin in the desert, the cleft, the wound in the earth,
may it stretch to other places,
may you be you,
may the journey never end,
do you see the pattern?,
the symbol of a shell,
your reward, is the journey,
your reward is our experience,
the journey continues, to never stop,
the journeys end, will bite its own beginning,
like a neverending snake,
your quest is to walk this path,
this path that never ends,
end and beginning is one,
may your fear be gone,
travel along this Path of the shell,
for the ending shall never be written.
