Thread: From Australia, question for the people who got their cd-key though email | Forums

    hi i looked at all the forums regarding the missing cd-key issue, but none of them mentioned what exactly you put in the email, like are we meant to email them with our product id along with the email, or do we just write and say we dont have a cd-key? if thats the case, whats stopping people from getting more legit cd-keys?

    btw, i emailed support.ubisoft.com.au 2 days ago and havent recieved a reply and i hear someone recieved a cd-key within a day so what am i doing wrong?

    I don't know if this will help but I had trouble locating my CD key... If you open the first part of the case and look in the bottom left hand corner where the 1st CD was located when you first opened the package, you should see your CD key right there under the compact disk logo... Hope this helps

    Black_Vertigo, the Australian release had no CD Keys whatsoever, and as I understand they've had to email Ubi support in order to get their keys.

    hi, i just received a reply from support, they ask you for the following details before ur key is sent:
    -Store and Date of purchase
    -Barcode no.
    -Product no. (no. preceded by the word CODE)
    so for people who have this problem and want to get the key asap send the email with the mentioned details

    Im from Australia also .(im living in U.S) I know this is off-topic, but i was wondering when the Aussie version came out, and how much Australian dollars it costed. Thanks.
