I pre-ordered SC:PT and was wondering when should I expect the game to be delivered. I have never pre-order a game before and didn't know if it ships the day it hits store shelves or arrives at your door or what. I would hate to know that it is on store shelves while I had to wait for my copy to arrive.

Well.. from whoever you ordered it from.. when they get it.. and catelog it.. then they go down the list of who pre-ordered it.. set up the shipments.. depending on the shipping you asked for.. basicaly when you order a game offline.. it's easier to just go to the store.. however.. with a pre-order.. it saves you from waiting in line, or having the store sell out.. because you have your reserved.. i pre ordered my copy.. with 2 day free shipping it gave me.. so when it is shipped to the stores.. it will probably be shipped out to me the day after.. so people will have had the game for 1 or 2 days when I get my copy.. if they wait in a line at the store.

Thanks, my local walmart won't have it right away anyway. However, the large town and hour a way will have it the first day and I will be holding myself back from driving there to get it if my game doesn't arrive promptly.
