I'm away from my home and PC and want to remain in PT tip-top shape until I get back to my home and game. With this in mind, I need some training suggestions.
I'm thinking pushups and pole-climbing.

Thanks for tips. Physical training going very well. However psychological training is difficult.
Reality check was expensive and disorienting. Now I see strange colors and, more often then previously, wet my pants.
Please advise.

Wetting your pants is normal.
Grandpa does it.

Nudists do it too.
....no wait...scratch that. Grandpa's wearing diapers' now. Still hasn't solved his incontinence issues though. That Grandpa, always fudgin his Huggies.

Sounds like the reality check had a reverse affect...before long you will be sucking your thumb and saying goo goo ga ga all the while filling your britches with a smelly substance often referred to as poo!!!
