I was wondering (i'm at work i have time on my hands) . With clans what happens when someone can't make it on-line alot. As when i start i would be on-line about 3 times a week for a total of about 11 hours on set days. I'd love to join a clan but i'm worried that I'd be refused cause of my lack of time available on-line.

Every clan has many different rules regarding activity. Many clans look to have primary and alternate positions so the fact that you can only commit 11 hours weekly may get you an alternate position.

Your best bet is to check out a site dedicated to clans (i.e. Teamcompete.com, xboxwarzone.com) and talk to people there.

Also when you are being recruited by a clan always inform them as to you basic commitments. Meaning don't tell them your on all the time and stuff be sure to let them know you can only give 11 hours, because if you tell them your on all the time and they only see you every now and then you will most likely get criticized for it or even kicked off the team.
