What do the visions of death mean? | Forums

There's certain visions where you see yourself dying,
I believe at Cliffs and Waterfall (33%) you see yourself letting go while holding on to the bridge and falling.
And on A Cavern of Ladders (57%) you see yourself fall to your death and lying face first in the water.

I've tried to replicated these actions, hoping that they were unlocks to secrets, etc. But I've had no luck. What gives?!

I just means that you will die, if you don't take it's advice, or don't pay attetion.

No, that makes no sense. In every level you need to be careful of death. The areas in which I was shown dying were not hard areas. In the first one for instance, he's dangling from the edge of a bridge and chooses to let go. He never accidently let go, he just lets go on purpose. It's also weird because the scene that is shown is impossible. Farrah is standing there with the background of a waterfall, but it's an area she never goes to because the other part of the bridge is broken.

Go to the Harem Room of princeofpersiagame.com and watch Lesson 4, the video on the Sands of Time. It tells you that visions tell you of what is to come, and sometimes what happens to the unwary.


Later in the game there's a vision of the prince running across some spikes and dying, and that truly is a lesson to the unwary -- I found myself making that *exact* mistake when I came to the area in the game. Nothing special happened; I just lost some health.
