Run Raven Shield. Open the console (by pressing ` the letter to the left of one), then type "set input KEY reload | say reloading" without the quotes, and where KEY is the key you want (Z, R, PageUp, LeftMouse, etc)

after you typed that in the console and hit enter you will say reloading everytime you press the reload key.

Instead of "set input KEY reload | say reloading".... use "set input KEY reload | Teamsay reloading" (again with KEY being replaced with the key of your choice)

This way only your own team will see the message and not the opposing team. This has TWO benefits:

1) The enemy will not see when you are reloading and will have to rely on their ears.

2) It cuts the amount of spam down to half
