    Try this (it's on the list but direct linking is not allowed).

    For determining the audio codec you might use gspot but I'm not sure it shows that information...

    Thx for the Link - but the problem is still the Same. I've installed Gspot, an its telling me that the adpcm (0x0002) Microsoft Corporation Codec is missing.... Anyone got an Idea how to solve the prob?

    Nice Player, but still the same problem (in a different way):

    Stream 1

    Media Type 0:
    --------------------------
    AM_MEDIA_TYPE:
    majortype: MEDIATYPE_Audio {73647561-0000-0010-8000-00AA00389B71}
    subtype: Unknown GUID Name {00000002-0000-0010-8000-00AA00389B71}
    formattype: FORMAT_WaveFormatEx {05589F81-C356-11CE-BF01-00AA0055595A}
    bFixedSizeSamples: 1
    bTemporalCompression: 0
    lSampleSize: 67584
    cbFormat: 50

    WAVEFORMATEX:
    wFormatTag: 0x0002
    nChannels: 2
    nSamplesPerSec: 44100
    nAvgBytesPerSec: 44359
    nBlockAlign: 2048
    wBitsPerSample: 4
    cbSize: 32 (extra bytes)

    Any other idea? Audiocodecs? Codecpacks? Anything???

    three things to download:

    AC3 filter (sound codecs):
    http://ac3filter.sourceforge.net/

    divx (video codec):
    http://www.divx.com/

    xvid (video codec):
    http://nic.dnsalias.com/xvid.html

    now you have a good start. this is all I have and I haven't met a single movie that wouldn't play...
