In the console the command "mission" is what you need.

    example
    mission LOAD net/dogfight/1/01_1Net16armySummer1900.mis

To check out the console commands open the console and type a question mark and hit enter. You will be presented with a little list of avaiable commands.

To check the way to use a command, type a question mark then a space then the command name, like this example

    ? mission

then hit enter to see the various parameters you might use for that command. Don't forget the commands are case sensitive.
