In the top right of the tacmap there is a large open area of land that seems to be on top of a cliff/mesa. If you hug the walls next to it and follow north you will find a rope hanging down from the rock face and coiled up on the ground. I really want to get up there cuz it would make a kick *** sniping platform, 'specially w the kick *** SR-25SD, my new fav sniper rifle.

too bad you can't get up there, huh? Would make a killer perch to clear out the train tracks of skinnies. Doesn't the tacmap appear to show it as reachable land?

These maps are so bad at showing areas looking like they are reachable that aren't that I don't even look at it. I look to see where I'm going but the only way to know reachable areas is to try.
