On the attempt to start URU live.. I used to get this problem 4-5 times before it went in, but now.. it goes through a CHECKING FOR UPADTE - DOWNLOADING UPDATE - and the final most wonderfull stop.. Failed to copy file log? Might this have something in conjuction with the inability to import saved character? Just cant get in at all at this point

I'm not sure I have seen that one, yet. It probably has to do with the servers being so overworked.
I have never seen this before.
I would say it has to do with one of two things.
Item #1: The servers being overloaded. You can't do anything about this (except not logging in... but, well, uhmm.. err...)
Item #2: You don't have permission to read/write/delete/execute within the Uru directories. Make sure you have those permissions. It sounds to me like the system is unable to gain write/delete privs for the log files, which it wants to update during the software update.

Gaaahh...
Uhmmm, it's possible this is due to the server issues but .. Hmmm, you could always try clearing out your uru logs directory and see what that does.

This error "can't copy file log" happens, and will happen if you tryed before to run urusetup inside the update folder.
Then a log folder is created, and when you run uru using the normal method, it tryes to copy that folder, but fails...
The solution is to delete the update folder.
