k, i got ravern shield today and ive been trying to join servers, but when i do it says enter CD-KEY, so im looking for a CD-KEY, on othergames its usually written inside the case or on the manual right?, so where is it?, i can't find it, its not in the manual or in the case?, plz help because without it i an;t play online!

Ok...to try to help you..... I may need to know which country version of the game you got...and where you bought it.
If it is UK version (and I think a few of the european countries versions), the cd-key is on a small sticker on the inside back cover of the manual.
If it is American it is on the cd jewel case itself.
If you got the game courtesy of it being bundled with a graphics card...then the cd-key will be nowhere.... they forgot to include it

no, i got the UK version, but their is no sticker with the CD-KEY inside the back cover of the manual, ive looked all over the packaging and its not their, its really annoying, not only that, but i sent an email to Ubi and they say that they can no longer process my email, and i have to look at the FAQ's for an awnser, whcih doesn't provide one, if anyone from Ubi reads this, sort it out!
whereabouts did you buy it from cos places like virgin/game/pcworld/ would gladly swap it over for you. A pain i know but thats probally the quickest way around your problem.....

I got uk version and its on page 3 of the manual. Its a little white sticker and the key reads like : rvs-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

I have the UK version was inside back cover on Sticker in US version inside front cover on sticker(pull out the book)
