I think this game is pretty old, don't you think? Does it need to have the game-breaking DRM still on it?
But nooooo, to try to play the game, I have to:
- Click "Download" in my game details screen - depite having it already installed - and get sent to the Steam Store page to download it. Also, it does not exist on the Steam Store.
- Install HAWX 2 manually from Steam, install the OLD UPlay services, have those update to the NEW services, have THOSE update to UPlay, have THOSE UPDATE ETC. ETC. -- And THEN deal with a "CEF Initialization error" because it does not install everything.
- SEARCH OVER HILL AND DALE to install the UPLAY Launcher MANUALLY (Can't you just put a link somewhere intuitive?!) and run it from outside Steam. This leads to the first problem I listed.
....sigh. I suppose I will have to get a pirated copy of the game now, which should not be a problem because I have already purchased a legit copy.
(The difference being: THE PIRATED COPY ACTUALLY WORKS WHEN YOU WANT IT TO WORK.)
