how do you play in mission cooperation and firefight cooperation modes. everytime i try to play in either of these modes with a friend i keep getting only the survival mode. what am i missing or doing wrong.

u have to play single player beat those missions then w/e ones u beat in single.... they'll be in multiplayer got it ?
