Who has the best mods and maps etc??? | Forums

Hi,

I was wondering who could tell me what sites had the best mods and maps,espeically ones that you don't have to sign up and pay for.I have been to a few,but wanted to hear some veteran players' opnions.


Also,does anyone know of a way to add operatives to the game,without having to go through the whole effort of things like paint shop et all?? I would like to add some to my game but bio pics arent important to me,just the stats and name and where they are from....maybe their flag.An operative editor,if their is one would be great.
