Hi i just got the game and have looked all over the cd's, box and manual for the cd key and can't find it anywhere, where is it supposed to be?? (yes i am serious)

Contact Ubi (see a stickied thread) if you live in Australia, they made a mistake there.
You'll need a scanned copy of your receipt etc.

Dude...i had the same problem...what i did was...took a photo of my barcode number and the box and sent it to UBI in italy....then I even phoned a guy called riccardo in Italy and he fixed everything. Other ubi branches didnt care!

Wait, did you check the slot that holds Disc 1 (aka the CD with the "jungle Sam" picture) in it? If you're not sure where I am talking about still, it's beneath CD slot on the back of the CD case cover. The whole slot should be see-through, and it's in the lower left hand corner. It's sorta blurry though. And you don't need to disassemble the CD case or anything.

If you have a white empty slot on your manual (like I had) it means the cd key was supposed to be there. I phoned this number in Italy (they talk in english too) - 003902/48867160 - and ask for a guy named Riccardo. He will fix anything man. He gave me 2 cd keys coz i had 2 packages of the game...all you need to do is send a photo of your barcode number and thats it!
