oh man....i'm not trying to flame you or anything, but with all of the "beginner" questions you've been asking lately, i'd highly recommend getting an entry-level PC guide, just so you can get a better idea of what you are doing. i don't mind helping you, but you've been asking so many questions like this, i'm starting to get a little nervous.
now, to get down to business:
the blue plug is for a VGA monitor (usually anything except some LCD monitors). the plug for your monitor will match the plug on the card--it'll be the same size and shape, just with pins on it to connect it, so make sure it goes on the right way.
the little round plug is for S-Video Out, which would generally be used for sending a video signal to a TV or similar device.
the white plug is a DVI connector, which would be for a digital LCD or CRT monitor, following the same guidelines as for the VGA plug.
good luck, and please think seriously about getting some sort of beginner's guide to computers or something so you can be a little more confident about what you are doing (and make some of us a little less nervous)

With all the beginner questions he's asking I suggest he's having a laugh. He was asking what PCI was on another post.

yea i know, i've read most of his posts. however, unless I start getting flamed for trying to help, I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. for the most part, the posts do seems to give the message that he's new to computers, so we might as well try helping him and see if it does any good....

a CRT monitor is the one that lloks like an older tv....really big....lcd is the one with the flat screen and is like an inch thick. most CRT monitors have a VGA, or analog, connector, which will plug into the blue port on your video card. some CRTs and most LCDs will have a DVI, or digital, connector, which will connect to the white plug on your video card.

if you're not sure which kind of connector your monitor has, just hold it up to the back of the video card....VGA and DVI will only work with what they're designed to plug into. ie, you can't plug a VGA connector into a DVI connector, and vice versa.
