A 'launch game' command is needed here | Forums

I'm not aware of one if there is, but I believe that this game NEEDS a command to force the launch of a multiplayer game assuming you are the host. I mean, what if the host sets it to no time limit, so that everyone has to ready up. Then what if someone is AFK. There is no way to start the game without the host going in and changing options then reloading the map and everything.
