    On the main menu screen and in the movie intro their are flashes of random pixels across the screen. When you actually got into the game, I could only see the characters eyes on the background. Her body was missing. I have tried downloading new video drivers and direct x to correct this problem but nothing seems to be working. Please help.

    Have you tried reinstalling the game?

    Yes, still nothing helps. I have also tried adjusting the frame rate to 70 and the screen size.

    Err.. I believe he is referring to a DirectX Diagnostic of your computer. The instructions on how to preform this diagnostic is on the main page of this technical support forum.

    Prepared with that information, he will be that much better equipped to help you.
