when you make voice commands what is the difference if you say zulu after something

for example:

voice command 1: Go there
voice command 2: Go there On Zulu

so what is the difference if it has zulu after it ?? please reply ??

so that the action is only carried out when ZULU is said... rather then the team doing it right away. It gives you time to setup somewhere else, perhaps a different door, so you can attack the room from 2 different angles.
