The worst may have possibly happened! The rumors of Half-Life 2's delay may be true. Gamespot.com says HL2 will be released in Q4 2003 and ebgames.com says it'll be released on 11/19/03. But the strange thing is Valve keeps saying it's just a rumor. Do we believe Valve or one of the best gaming sites and game stores?

I try not to believe gaming sites. They just want new news to write about.

The new official response from VUgames is:
"Valve is still working toward the Sept. 30 ship date."

The rumours before were just "a miscommunication".

Yeh, I know and Gabe Newell said it was just a rumor, but EB Games always has the right release dates.

you shouldn't be surprised. All highly anticipated games are delayed a few times. Halo 2, Doom 3, Fable, and maybe even Half-Life 2.

I don't know why they would say it won't make it's Sept. 30 release date. It's been in the making for almost 5 years now. That was a very believealbe release date.
