Some help: Beta forum login problems | Forums

There have been a lot of problems reported about the Far Cry Beta forums and access to them. We are in the process of tracking down the problems and have not been able to respond to emails or posts. Thank you for being patient.

The points listed below will give you some ideas on how to fix your problem or where the problems started. Since the problems are not fully solved, keep your eyes on this forum for further information. We will not be dealing with people on an individual basis while we determine if there is a larger problem.

NOTE: ONLY THOSE ACCEPTED INTO THE FAR CRY BETA HAVE ACCESS TO THE BETA FORUMS. IF YOU ARE NOT SLECTED FOR THE BETA, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO VIEW THE BETA FORUMS.

Here is what we do know about:

1) You must be signed in and have visited the general UBB.x forums in order for us to solve any problems. Please make sure you have signed in when you are trying to access the Beta forums.
2) Make sure that you have verified your ubi.com account. This involves responding to the email that is sent when you registered your username.
3) Only have one computer logged into the forums. This can reset security settings for your username. When you are done using the forums, be sure to logout so that you can access the forums without problems from any location. It is a bug and will be fixed.
4) We have been bringing over IP bans from the other forum.
5) We will be doing more things on our end, so please regularly check to see if the problem has been solved.

okay, beta forum is in my favorites, i regularly go, it works, but wen i'm not at home, i don't kno how 2 get to the beta forums, where is it

Well I got the beta now and it sure is fun but I still can't login to the beta forums...lol

I am just wondering about the multiplayer servers for the Beta. Can someone tell me where the servers are based? cause this will drop alot of people if we cant run our own server as pings to 3rd world countries are not the best

EDIT:no i dont want IP #s its a simple question. and can you run a lan with your friends that are already in the beta?

The beta will prolly be over before someone fixes my account so I can access the beta forums. I just cannot believe this crap. I have been trying everything I can to access the beta forums. It is not enough to just play the beta if I can't tell you guys what is wrong with it.
