I also had no promblems with demo, but the Offical release is another story! I had blue screen after clicking fly ( F15),they would occur on flybys, firing missles, randomly ect., the blue screen dump included an NV dll file, so I installed the latest nvidia 52.16 from the nvidia, and surprise it all works. Make sure you unistall your current driver first, and reboot, use nfr ( nvidia file remover) if you have it, and install your 52.16.
    Make sure you have dx9.0b

Also, if you are running zonealarm, remember to add the Lockon exe in the main program control list and check allow for access and trusted.
    I hope this might help.

    P4 1.8 512 rdram
    intel 850 mvel
nvidia 4600/ 52.16drivers( was 42.01,up intill today very stable and compatable driver)
xp pro sp1 up to date including today
    audigy/ 5.12.0001.0253/drivers (8/03 release)
    dx9.0b

I've found that pre fx cards (4x00ti series) don't work well with the 5x.xx series of drivers. I'd keep the 45.xx drivers myself.
