On the fact of it having a short single player campaige look at the bright side,
.the highly detailed maps.
.a sequal to the great campaige in raven shield.
.remade maps of your old favourites. (which brought good memorys back for me)

The game is good not as good as raven shield, but hey its a expansion pack, not a full game.
Just to all them athena sword bashers.....

i don't think it was whether AS was addition or not, I thought it was always whether it was worth the $30 the day it was released. Anyways, yeah I really like AS and the maps look great (still can't play that alleymap(?)...and another one *sighs*) Really love the remade maps though !

But anyways, I agree AS was pretty good. Just like to see a few kinks worked out before I permanently switch over

Btw, how much does it go for now?

-The highly detailed maps that my more than adequate pc should be able to run according to the specs on the box, and i still get a 20 fps.

-The great campaign in RVS, who actually here has done SP?? i got to the alpines mission and got bored

-Remade maps of the good old favourites. M8 i preferred the original embassy map, the one the RVS devs made was quite literally TOO detailed and it wont run on anything other than TOP SPEC PCs. Personally i preferred the atmosphere made y the original map, the RVS devs version is too fancy IMO.

My adequate pc that wont run embassy:

2400+ Athlon XP
128mb Ti4200
768mb 2100 RAM (i know, 512 3500 kingmax soon though)
MSI k7n2 nforce2 Delta ILSR mobo

I do single player campaigns. I am quite sure that many others also play single player.

I have very significant frame rate problems with Athena Sword (most notably Embassy) BUT the maps rune fine for me when I play on dedicated servers. In fact, I often play on dedicated servers (for any map, with or without other humans) just for the increase in frame rate.

I'm glad that I bought Athena Sword.

Absolutely! The single player campaign the main reason why I play the Rainbow Six series of games (though I do enjoy the multiplayer part as well)!
