Hi,
I tried to play BGaE but I have a problem with the menu, it says also that my video card drivers are too old and I download the last one!
It did the same thing with the last Tomb Raider...
Anyone has an idea?

Yeah, this has been covered before, but I hate to inform you that UBI doesn't support the Mobility or Go line of cards. Sorry. If you have a desktop, try to play it on that instead.
My system:

If Ubisoft isn't going to support a line of Radeon cards, they should at least note this in the requirements on the box. If the box lists Support for "DirectX 9-compatible 32 MB video card; ATI Radeon 9000, 9700 and Pro... supported", it is not unreasonable for a consumer to expect their Radeon 9000 Mobility (32 or 63 MB) to work. Telling the customer to "Just go out and buy the parts for a pc. Build you one..." is not in any way an acceptable solution for the ripped-off customer.
In my case, I bought the game to play on my new $3,000 laptop (seeing that it seemed to meet the specs). Sadly, I now find (upon paying for a now opened and unreturnable game) that I cannot play it. I could have bought any of the console versions without this problem. If the best response Ubisoft can give is a "tough luck", without even acknowledging that this is misleading, they need to seriously reconsider the importance of customer relations. I seriously doubt I will be able to return the opened game, but I will at least try. Even if I succeed, however, I will not be purchasing the game for any other system. If Ubisoft wishes to simply take the money of consumers without informing them the product will not work (even today, the website claims support for "ATI Radeon family (models 7200-9800)"... when they KNOW that this issue has come up), I will choose to no longer purchase products published by Ubisoft.

I agree with you that it should have been listed, but it wasn't. Tech support has told me that they don't support the Mobility line. I too have a $3000 laptop, an Alienware. I didn't pay $3000 for it to be a gaming machine by any means. It's not supposed to be. A laptop is just a mobile workstation, not a gaming machine. The reason is the fact that there is not enough space inside it to get a good airflow through to keep the components cool. They have to underclock the video card also just to keep it cool. The laptop is great for video compression, and that's what I use it for, not for gaming, that's why I have my desktop. It's good at video compression too, but it doesn't compare to the 3.06 processor in my laptop.
Also, the 9000mobility is horrible. I can't get a decent frame rate out of it anyway. If you want to be a gamer, you really need a good desktop, not a laptop. If you want a mobile gaming machine, invest in a Gamecube with the LCD screen. That way you will only be out about $300.
