Ok here is my prob, either triggers arent working or the AI arent working, i never got the AI to follow their path with a car. My helis worked once but then quit on me, what am i doing wrong? i am generating AI triangulation, so what else? groupiod and that is fine, commands are fine and put in correctly, but whats wrong?

Yeah it seems pretty buggy. Usually just deleting the previous path and copter and remaking it fixes it. If it works once, don't touch it and it should work.

My experience: If an Ai is not doing what it should, search the map for other Ai that by accident have the same group id as the misbehaving ai (Ctrl T, Type groupid in box 'Filter by value' and press button 'value').
With path: don't forget to type the pathname and correct number of tagpoints (but no doubt you already knew this)

thats fine, its none of those because it has worked before, and now my copters are transparent and you can walk through them

Ghost ships instead of Gunships, very interesting!

This is why i mentioned the 'adding ai with existing groupid'.
Things may work fine, but if you happen to add a new ai with existing group id (for example by copying) somewhere else on the map, behaviour of existing ai may change. For example, a gunship send on reinforcement may wait for an ai with the same groupid that happens to be placed on the other side of the map.

THANK YOU!!!!!!! i finally got it to fly, after what henkbein said and after attaching the grunts to the copter, now if i could just get it to follow a path... but im sure ill figure that out. thx for the help.
