I changed the game with UBI soft. The send me a new one. That one worked. But notice if you have windows xp with a dvd rom or dvd writer in it you should copy all three disks to a folder on your hard drive. It should contain three folders named disk1 disk2 and disk3.Then install it from the folder. Download the patch 1.01. And play it with the 3th disk in you dvd/cd player.

Sorry but this solution does not work, can't copy CD2 because of CRC error.
You'll have to find some other solution Ubisoft!!

It's probably your drive. Are you using a CDRW by any chance?

Its not my drive. I've tried CDROM, CDRW, DVD and DVDRW and on different PC's, none of them worked.
Why does Ubisoft does not admit that they have shiped a production batch with a problem? That's not a shame, people will accept that a mistake is made.
But people will NOT accept if their problem is disgarded, that starts making them angry and mad.
Ubisoft, live up to your standards and come up with a solution, don't make thing worse!
