Ok I try to create a new account for the BBGH, so I create it and go into my e-mail account and try to run the link attacked to the e-mail... but it does'nt activate at all it goes straight to this page:

and not to the code activiation thingy.

are you sure you have completed all steps correctly?

Have you tried typing your pin number,in the box provided not just clicking on the link?

Ummmmm there was no box provided...

I got an e-mail saying "click on this link to activate your BBGH account" so I click on the link and it takes me to this:

http://www.bluebyte.net/eng/welcome.asp

It does'nt bring me to any activiation thingy, or anywhere I can enter my activation pin.

There is nothing I can do wrong, create a new account, receive the e-mail click on the link to activate it brings me to a welcome page, so I think oh ok it must of activated allready. So I try to log in and it says my account does'nt exist.

To be honest I would'nt actually mind some kinda help in regards to this... Would really much like to play some Settlers online here.

That link you provided took you to a page that said your profile has been activated. Did you try clicking on English, then going to play and chat- on the left side of the page?

Been there done that but stil to no avail!

Perhaps you could give a little more detail of what messages you got, when you clicked on play and chat. Did it ask you to download the BBGC software?

OK This is what I got in my e-mail:

Which I then clicked on thinking it would activate my account like it states, but then it takes me to here:

So I though oh ok that must of activated it, so I clicked on English which took me to this page:

http://www.bluebyte.net/eng/default.asp

I then thought, Hmmm I have'nt seen this before maybe you can only view this page once you have activated your account, so I then clicked on "Play & Chat" under the "Community" tab which then brought me here:

But I still do not see anything that says "Your account has been activated, you can play on BBGC now" So I thought, maybe I done something wrong? I went through that whole process again using a different e-mail and different username but it still did'nt give me ANY activation link that actually worked.

All those links will take you to exactly what I viewed when I went through them.

I think thats enough info.
