I know a lot people are moaning about the game and I don't want to come across as a moaner but...

I just want to say that I am a bit disapointed with how this game was released. I'm getting same vibe from this as I did from Matrix Reloaded, something thrown in that looks cool but lacks substance and pretty much not necessary. I think I'm not the only one but correct me if I'm wrong but the whole reason why I loved the first game so much was because it was challenging. And while I know a good number of people weren't happy with the first because they thought it was too short, I thought the difficulty made up for the length of the game itself. Now comes PT and it's been dumbed down and shortened! To add to it there are still way too many issues with the MP in the original install and their patches. At this point I'm stuck playing the original install which has a different server list which I've never seen over 40 ppl and most but not all the people that play there are n00bs, cheaters, or only want to play Deathmatch and don't even get me started on that. So through all this I am waiting warrily for the release of SC3 in fear of the same thing happening. Ubisoft I have one very important thing to note. If this is set out to be the franchise that it can be, DON'T RUSH THE RELEASE OF SPLINTER CELL 3!!! If there are similar issues with 3 that there are with 2 people are going to stop buying the game. I'd much rather wait an extra couple months if needed for a better quality game than get crappy games that's processed like N*Sync albums. I want Zeppelin not Timberlake!!

nope. As I noted I'm stuck with the original install. I'm stuck with it because when I update MP doesn't work anymore. I Connect then no games ever show up no matter what I do. I've tried every suggestion in this forum.

No games show up in server browser? Try hosting instead of joining, unless that doesn't work. If that doesn't work, you're screwed.

I'm pretty much screwed. I just posted a new thread asking anyone whose going to host tonight to im me on aim with their ip so I can try a direct connection and possibly add them as buddies and hopefully if that works I can grow a good size list of friends so I can play whenever or for at least until the new patch comes out and hopefully fixes it.
