Well I just got the March issue of Gamepro today and there's a review for Counter-Strike:Condition Zero.

To put it bluntly it sucks. It's the same stuff as the mod, no new weapons or anything. The only difference between it and CS the HL mod is the graphics have been updated a little bit (from the screenshots I saw it wasn't any prettier) and there's few new maps.


I for one can't believe Valve even kept working on this, I think the smarter decision would have been to just cancel the title a long time ago.

Oh, it retails for $39.99. I think the CS cash cow has been milked for all it's worth, at least since it still uses Hl1 tech.

Considering it's not much of an upgrade it should have just been released as a free bonus pack of sorts.
