Surely all they really need to do is beef up the hostage situation. It would add a lot more realism if your hostage really tried to break free and cried/screamed/etc and how great would be to hear your hostage begging for his pathetic life whilst his mate is barking orders at you to drop him!

I back that up all the way, Slim. I have always been disappointed you couldn't eliminate a hostage... what's the point?! If you can't kill them... what do they have to be affraid of?! Throat cutting and / or neck breaking would be cool too.

Or how about being able to comunicate with a guard while holding a person hostage like "Drop your weapons!" or "Enter the door code!" and if they don't simply, then pull the trigger. SPLAT.

how would they know you ain't gonna kill them when they have a gun to their head? seriously, and there's a couple probs. If we could slit peoples' throats, it would result in way too much blood and ruin the stealth element. And it is hard to break someone's neck, and plus, that would make it too mgs-like

Some times I like to kill a hostage but ther is no blood .I i only see blood when I kill a fish.
