The Clan I'm in Old School on Ghost Recon lost some fine members who wanted to get more matches in per week.
We started the clan for the older crowd, 30 (for the most part most of us are in our 30's), because with a job, wife, fiance, mortgage, babies, teens, night classes, taking out the trash, yardwork, etc. it is hard to play a lot of Xbox LIVE. And when you do you don't want to do it with a bunch of immature teens or adults screaming, cheating and ruining the fun for everyone.
You'll see a few of us every night of the week, and we practice for matches almost every Wednesday, and try to schedule at least one TeamCompete sanctioned match per week. (sometimes 3 mayber 4) We want to have a great time, have great comraderie, play Ghost Recon, and shoot stuff. We generally play Team Siege, No launchables, grenades and claymores only.
I've been with the Old School group since last summer, and love it. We play Ghost Recon Island Thunder as a clan only. We are thinking of jumping to Halo2 once it is out, but will only determine that once the thing finally comes out, or someday GhostRecon2 (wish, wish)

One final note, as a group most all of us are in the Eastern and Central time zones, and our times on LIVE range from approximately 7PM eastern to 2am eastern. And weekend evenings.
