You have to shoot the 2 valves on the pipe. and shoot them just above the round handles of the valves that should do it.
shoot the wheel.. not the pipes. err yeah teh valves lol wheels... heh

where do i walk through the fire.
Once you shoot the valve(s) on the pipe, the fire will go out and you can safely go through.
