thermal gogles-Don't work_HELP! | Forums

when i switch on my THERMAL gogles(not the other type of gogles)the whole screen goes black except the hud when i turn them of it's ok, when i switch to image intensifier mode it works the only thing that doesen't is the termal gogles and i realy need them!(land mines--->BANG!)

AMD duron mmx-1.0GHz
Windows 98-SE
128 RAM
Nvidia GeForce 4mx 440-SE 64.0 mb
direct x 9.0
driver (nvidia card) .4345 series



and don't tell me to upgrade cus the game works just fine with all the details maxed!

try the 45.23 WHQL drivers from nvidia.com

make sure you delete the ones that are installed now in your add\remove programs first.

Damn!i didn't un-install the last driver! i've downloaded that new driver ,installed it but when i ran splintercell an error message apeared:



General protection fault!

History: UWindowsViewport::OpenWindow <- UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine


OMG What did I do???!!!!i'm in an even bigger problem,someone help,PLEASE!

Panic attack over,problem fixed

Solution:yhe new driver!(instaled properly solved my problem;now i'm gonna stroll around that mine field.....)
