Does Auto Detect function work? | Forums

I recently upgraded my video card to a nice new Geoforce 6800 GT, significantly faster one would think from my previous Creative FX5900 ?! However the Auto Detect function doesn't think so !?

Before it would auto detect as 'Medium' with a couple of 'High' settings, but since upgrading it Auto Detects everything as 'LOW'.

I can still overide the settings and select High on everything (and get good FPS) but why is this?

AMD Athlon XP 3200+ processor (FSB 333)
AN7N8X Deluxe motherboard
1 gig ram (PC3200 400FSB)
Geoforce 6800 GT 256mb
Directx 9c
