After waiting some time, I took the plunge for Raven Shield. I figured, what the heck, it'll probably be worth it. I was hesitant after Ghost Recon not fulfilling my expectations.

The next fricking thing I know is that my bloody resolution is stuck at 640x480. Snap-Snap-Snap-Snap-Snap like crazy until it sinks to the piteable lowest resolution. The HELL?! This is 2003, not 1994. Please explain to me how I can solve this problem, other than returning the opened game to your company and ensuring I receive a full refund and potentially an apology for this nonsense. I will not post my system specifications as I can assure you there is nothing wrong with the system or the dozen other games released in the last year that have no qualms running at 1600x1200 on it with settings maxed. This also seems to be a prevailing problem. I will not "Search" the forums for a potential fix as my searches apparently take too long before the disgruntled forum technology quits searching. I haven't been in here for some time and it still seems as though the "Temporary" setup has become the norm for over a year now.

I am not impressed Ubi. Next time you think about getting a home Montreal office to make the next in the series, think again. I suggest you allow Redstorm to make it happen (even if you have to ask them nicely). Make sure the bloody bugs and kinks are ironed out. This is unacceptable. When I invest over $60 on an entertainment package, I expect the game to have at least higher compatibility than Daikatana.

It's time for you to bend to me, rather than me compromising on your product issues that are nonsense and outright appalling. Get it done, folks.

You can't run, and you still can't hide.

Same problem, except the resolution doesn't seem to be stuck. When I get this problem and exit to the main menu, the problem is gone most of the time.

It is quite annoying though, I didn't buy a kick-*** graphics card for nothing!

I also get this problem.. I used to be able to run this game no problem, at the resolution I wanted. Now it will often default to 640x480. This problem will go eventually (if I exit to Options/main menu enough times) but it is obviously a bug and UBI soft need to sort it out.

I love the graphics when its cranked up tho' Playing it with F***ed Resolution takes everything away from the Game making it a budget title.

    Get it sorted Ubi soft!!!!
