Hi Razz!

Things are not going on at their best here, as you may have noticed. The English Ubi forums have been lacking a community manager for about 3 years now. The general mood is a very sceptical one about how people will be treated here in the future. You will have to catch up with the negligence of your predecessors.

What can you do to make it better?

At first, be here often. We don't expect miracles, it will be OK for a start if people see that you are here and are ready to talk and to reply to questions.

What people want most at the moment are informations about Settlers 5 (a frequently updated Settlers 5 page by Ubi, with the same new screenshots and infos that the german community has)

The old Settlers forum (still active) will provide you with a lot of information of what has happened in the past.

Hi Razz and welcome.
As Nucleus said above,things on this forum are at the moment full of resentment and negative feelings.Resentment of the fact we are the losers in this community,a bit like mushrooms left in the dark and fed ****,and negative because we have now had 2 other CM`s assigned to us recently,who "took a back seat",when in actual fact they did nothing.The mods on here have been left to help the best way we can,for almost 3 years.
Hopefully now thats all about to change,we have high hopes of you not to put you under pressure of course hehe
Having said all that we are a friendly lot really.

We are a very friendly lot and we send you a warm invitation to join us in our chat room and get to know us You might get some flack about the vanishing acts done by your predecessors but if you're here to stay you will find good company and good friends in English chat

Well this will be interesting I have a problem logging into game server. Can log into bbgc but get an error logging in properly to play. I have emailed ubiandi over this and had no responce what so ever. Has been like this for 5 days now.. I must add that ubiandi was amazingly fast to respond to an email I sent over reaigning as a Settlers4 moderator but that is the only email I have ever had any responce from at all and that is the reason for my resignation If we cant get support why should we support ubi???

Geta, I know that it was very frustrating for you, but to say that no one was helping is not quite right.

Glenelg had sent emails on your behalf, to try to sort out the problem for you. Perhaps you did not give it enough time while you were waiting for a response.

Penny had also mentioned to you that she knew of another player who had a similiar problem, which righted itself.

It's great to see a new face again. As the others said we are ready for some changes aroud here. How about linking this forum to the BBGC.

it would also be nice if we had areas for S4 and S5 separate, and maybe an off-topic forum for stuff such as football...

also, would someone mind posting my hint for changing the tabs on the old forum? i cant get into it anymore...
