I think so. Its quite suspicious that they departed from the same airport and crashed within a few minutes of each other. Also the fact that there had been a small bombing near the airport before the flights. Chechyn terrorists im assuming.

If could be a freak accident. But what are the odds of two planes, in the same country, from the same airport, crashing at almost the same time?

If you check the BBC website an Islamic group has claimed responsability for the crashed and they have found traces of explosives in the Aircraft.
