    Would the choppyness have to be with my cd-rom drive 9 iah ve a 8X cdrw) or is it my system? If it is my system what's wrong with it?

    i would personally say that the choppiness is caused by your very low system specifications (no offense)

    Your processor is minimum spec
    Your ram is minimum spec if you are running Win XP
    Your graphics card is minimum spec
    Your cd drive is below minimum spec (16x or higher required)

    All in all...you need to upgrade a lot...not just for this game...but just about every recent/forthcoming release.

    yeh but you ram needs to be double what youv got and also your processor needs doubling up

    Get something other than a 9200. I had one and it was terrible. IMO the mx440 I had before that ran better. Freaky has got a 9600 and reckons it goes alright. My ti4800 is decent enough, and 9700pro is the best way to go.

    You need an entirely new computer...

    I doubt he could upgrade anything on a dinosaur like that... old motherboard, etc. Overall it might even cost more to upgrade than to buy a middle of the road system.
