I go in and kill everyone on floor that I can find and then I go through a brightly lit shaft and take out 2 down there. But then all of the doors are looked and says restricted in red. I loaded it from the beginning and I can't figure out how to unlock all the doors. I'm pretty frustrated! Help!

Push the barrel off the crate in the middle of the flooded room with the locked doors.
