They don't. Recently I've sent them the following e-mail asking them about it:

    "Customer (darko odic) - 12/24/2003 11:54 PM
I have recently purchased POP: Sands of Time, installed it and ran it,
only to be shocked by the message that the only NVidia card not
supported is GeForce4 MX. I am truly appalled by this. Considering that at
this point it is impossible for me to return the game, I am requesting of
you to fix this problem, as it is quite disgusting and disappointing.
If you can't, please tell me what I am suppose to do with a game that
cannot work on my system and I cannot return? Thank you."

Here is their most... "helpful" answer:

    "Response (TRENT) - 12/26/2003 11:25 AM
    Darko,
There are no plans for a patch at this time. The MX line of cards is
the budget video card line from Nvidia. The reason they are not
supported, is that they do not have certain features the game requires such as
pixel and vertex shaders. You will find that this video card will not be
supported by a lot of newer games coming out from now on. My only
suggestion is to make sure you take note of the minimum requirements listed
on the box for any future game purchases."

So no, there will be no patch. I guess its up to 3dAnalyzer to take care of the rest... and here I was putting my faith in ubi thinking they actually care. Oh dear, what a sucker I am.
