My problem is that "rebound jump" just don't work when I'm trying to climb up the broken tower and I always fell. Camera shifts and I think it's the right spot to jump the rebound jump up? How the hell you guys passed that? If possible, screenshot would be very helpful.

use landscape view and then zoom in...

You hit the wall, then you press jump. That is for going up.
For going down, its the same thing, except you have to use it with direction keys.
